
Adidas Liberty
With the release of the Statue of Liberty-inspired Ultraboost, adidas needed a compelling way to drive energy around one of their most popular franchises.






“adidas UNVAULTED"
Concepting around a high-heat Ultraboost drop based on the patina color of the Statue of Liberty, project Liberty was born. To bring this to life we ideated around a pop-up that was equal parts entertaining and interactive.
Adidas leveraged its tight relationship with Champs in NYC to provide the venue. The site provided an oddly shaped space in the main entryway, which created some site-specific challenges. The pop-up needed to be prominent while allowing clear space for traffic. Our concept focused on the Statue of Liberty as an icon, creating a dimensional installation that all New Yorkers would resonate with.
Once the idea was locked, we went straight into production, overseeing the fabrication of all elements and then providing on-location installation oversight.
Leveraging a close partnership with Champs Sports, adidas coordinated having Action Bronson make an appearance to create buzz and media around the most "New York" launch of the franchise.
