A Dream By The Bay
Perched atop a former sawmill, Bay Point Landing started as a brilliant vision about transforming a site, a city, and a coastline. What it needed was a voice and visual identity to speak to its prospective new guests.
Starting with the property name, we developed a complete brand platform including brand spirit, consumer profiles, visual language, tone of voice, and color palette.
We then crafted a comprehensive marketing plan that led us to direct and produce a series of photoshoots resulting in an extensive library of assets used to develop their website, social media strategy, and advertising campaigns.
We were able to bring the project to life and help propel its momentum through PR, social media, and digital channels in a way that harmonized with the project’s bold architectural vision.
