After a year of explosive growth, Hyperice, the go-to choice for elite level athletes, was approaching their busiest part of the year and needed a digital campaign that would continue their momentum from Black Friday through the Holiday season.

After a record-setting year of growth, Hyperice was approaching their biggest sales window; Black Friday, Holiday and New Years. They asked Plastic Sunshine to create a digital and social campaign that would build their audience and crush their Q4 sales targets.

Highly promotional, this initiative needed to showcase the premium nature of the product and the dynamic character of the athletes who depend on Hyperice for their recovery and performance.

Balancing these key elements, we created a strategy for the multi-phase structure of the campaign, landing on a visual direction that would guide the creation of all the campaign assets. Collaborating with Hyperice’s primary photo production partner, we then captured the key visuals with a multi-day photo and video shoot. After working through post production, we delivered a campaign directive and kit of creative assets for their media partner to implement. Visual style guide, taglines, product copy, layout design, and rollout strategy were all included in the deliverables.

The results were a crisp, focused campaign which helped build their social following, and generated record-breaking DTC sales, propelling Hyperice through their best performing holiday season to date.
