Leading into the Grammys, Netflix wanted to bring some heat around D Smoke’s multiple nominations, creating a spot that told his personal story.
D Smoke’s Moment
D Smoke is a multi-talented artist who had his big come up on the Netflix original show, Rhythm and Flow. His talent is immense and he has gone on to great success and praise for his music.
Nominated for multiple Grammys in 2021, Netflix wanted to drop a spot right around the Grammys to shine a spotlight on D Smoke and his story.
Working closely with D Smoke, we created an original piece celebrating his back story and road to success, including a custom track and vo by D Smoke himself.
Through smart storytelling and sharp creative, we brought the Netflix / D Smoke story to life.
