ThinkNW, the Pacific Northwest’s venerable association for the advertising industry, wanted to do more to create an entry point for emerging BIPOC talent into the advertising industry.











A Diverse Talent Base
With comprehensive membership in the advertising industry, including sponsorships from Amazon, Microsoft, and Alaska Airlines, ThinkNW is the Pacific Northwest’s venerable association for the advertising industry. ThinkNW wanted to do more to create an entry point into the advertising industry for emerging BIPOC talent, an historically underrepresented group within the industry.
Our goal was to create a searchable talent site, where BIPOC talent in Creative, Technology, Creative Services, and Operations could showcase their work and abilities to hiring managers.
Starting with the brand identity of the Talent Acceleration Program (TAP), we created a clean palette of assets to give the brand its unique voice. The identity is intentionally spare to create a canvas where the talent can shine.
With the brand language complete, we then designed and developed a custom-built, feature-rich site with a searchable database to match emerging talent with the right hiring managers.
The resulting site continues to grow and has become an invaluable platform for emerging talent and a solid resource for talent, building connections that might never happen otherwise.
